The purpose of this information is to provide you with information about what personal data we process, how we handle it, for what purposes we use it, to whom we may disclose it, where you can obtain information about your personal data and exercise your rights in relation to the processing of your personal data.

In case of any doubts, questions concerning the processing of your personal data, suggestions or complaints, if you believe that we are processing your personal data unlawfully or unfairly, or in case of claiming any of your rights, you can contact us at any time by sending an email to: podnety@iblsoft.com, or in writing to the address of the Controller. We will endeavour to deal with your correspondence as soon as possible, but we will reply within a maximum of 1 month from the date of receipt. In certain cases, we may need to add information to identify and verify your identity in order to process your request.
Inquiries, suggestions, requests for the exercise of your rights, etc. received may be provided to our external responsible person for processing, who ensures independent supervision of the correct and secure processing of your personal data.
