We are proud that our company, IBL Software Engineering, was the General Partner of the prestigious career and educational event Night of Chances IT 2025, which took place on March 26, 2025, at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Informatics of the Slovak University of Technology (FEI STU) in Bratislava.
As the General Partner, we had the opportunity to actively participate in the program and share our expertise with the young generation of IT enthusiasts. Our CEO, Michal Weis, was one of the key figures at the event, and during the speed dating session, students had a unique opportunity to engage in one-on-one discussions with him on any IT-related topic.
Additionally, Michal Weis took part in a panel discussion titled "Innovations that Defined the Past and Those That Will Shape the Future".
This discussion covered hot and current technological trends shaping the IT sector, the impact of artificial intelligence and automation on business and cybersecurity, as well as the future of technology.
IBL Software Engineering also prepared two specialized workshops to provide students with hands-on experience and broaden their knowledge in the fields of artificial intelligence and meteorological simulations:
A workshop focused on the recent boom in artificial intelligence. Students had the chance to create a simple neural network step by step, going through the entire process from data processing, architecture design in PyTorch, to network optimization.
A workshop dedicated to programming a web application in Angular that utilized NWP (Numeric Weather Prediction) data to visualize air particle movement. This method is crucial for meteorologists in predicting storm movements, atmospheric pollution, volcanic ash dispersion, and even radioactive particle tracking.
Night of Chances IT 2025 was a fantastic opportunity for us to share our expertise, connect with young talents, and inspire the next generation of IT professionals.
We look forward to the next edition and hope to continue shaping the future of the IT community!
