Our company has long supported various green projects, as environmental protection and the cultivation of forests are important to us. We believe that companies should actively contribute to the communities in which they operate and help create values that have a positive impact on future generations.
This is also why the IBL Foundation was established—to support such activities not only financially, but also organizationally, and to create space for meaningful volunteer initiatives.

In 2025, we participated twice in volunteer work at Železná studnička in Bratislava, where we assisted local workers with tasks that are often physically demanding. This kind of help is greatly appreciated, and we are glad we could lend a hand where it truly mattered.
The entire activity was carried out under the auspices of the IBL Foundation, which allocated €3,000 for this purpose. These funds were used to provide various tools and equipment needed for the work. Thanks to this support, we were able to work more efficiently and handle even more demanding tasks. During the first volunteer day, we focused on physically challenging work, such as digging drainage channels to capture water and debris.
This is an important activity that helps keep paths clean and functional even after rainfall. It was during these tasks that the importance of teamwork and willingness to help where it is needed most truly stood out. The atmosphere of the volunteer day is also captured in photographs, which will be part of the article and document our joint efforts directly in the field.
During the second volunteer day, even more colleagues and their families joined in. Mothers with children collected litter from the entire area and swept the paths. Another group focused on removing weeds and improving the pétanque playing area. A large group of volunteers also restored grassy terrain that had been damaged by wild boars. Finally, we cleaned and tidied the football field so that it could once again serve visitors in the best possible condition.
We are proud to have colleagues who truly care about the forests around us. We greatly appreciate that they participate in these volunteer activities together with their families, helping to create beautiful community spaces where we can spend sunny weekends. Moments like these remind us that even small actions can bring about meaningful change.
